Product Overview
The Olympic Hex Trap Bar is a rackable specialty bar designed for deadlifts, shrugs, carries, rack pulls, presses, and other strength exercises. It features both standard and raised 28 mm neutral handles with medium diamond knurling, allowing you to choose the grip height that best fits your movement.
Constructed from precision-grade stainless steel, the bar fits inside most power racks and sits 8 inches off the ground for floor-based lifts. The hex design positions the weight around your body to help promote a more upright lifting position during many exercises. Rated for up to 800 LB, it features a black powder coat finish and Titan-branded endcaps for long-lasting durability.
