The Multi-Grip Barbell features three grip positions designed to provide more comfortable hand placement during curls, rows, presses, and other strength exercises. The 30° angled grips are spaced 10" apart, while two sets of neutral grips are spaced 20" and 29" apart, giving you narrow, medium, and wide options to vary your training and target different muscle groups.
Each grip features medium knurling for a secure hold, with center knurl marks to help maintain consistent hand placement. Built to support up to 1,000 LB, the bar is compatible with standard power racks and Olympic-sized weight plates for versatile strength training.
