The getfitnesstrendy.com Open Trap Bar is built with an open-ended frame, letting you walk in and out of the hex bar for easy setup during deadlifts, shrugs, carries, split squats, lunges, and more.
Dual fixed handles offer both 32mm (skinny) and 38mm (fat) knurled grips in a balanced, medium-diamond pattern for rock-solid control—no center knurl to wreck your shins.
Loading weight onto your bar gets smoother too thanks to the built-in jack and large, stable vertical footprint (7" × 2.5")—so you can tilt, load, and lift more comfortably. This bar is also rackable on most standard power racks, letting you start your sets higher, safer, and smarter.
Constructed from powder-coated 11-gauge steel with hard-chrome sleeves, this bar is built for durability—and supports up to 1,500 LB. With a length of 88.5" and a width of 9.5", it has 16" of loadable sleeve space.
